2. Data We Collect

This site collects minimal, anonymized analytics data:

• Plausible Analytics (self-hosted) — page views, referrer, country, device type. No cookies, no personal data, no tracking across sites.
• Google Analytics 4 — anonymized usage data with IP anonymization enabled. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not collect: names, emails, IP addresses (stored), fingerprints, or any personally identifiable information through browsing.

3. Cookies

Plausible Analytics does not use cookies. Google Analytics may set first-party cookies for session identification. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.

4. Data Processing Legal Basis (LGPD Art. 7)

Legitimate interest (Art. 7, IX) for anonymous analytics to improve site content and user experience. No consent required as no personal data is processed by Plausible.

5. International Data Transfers

Plausible data is processed on our self-hosted infrastructure in Brazil. Google Analytics data may be processed in Google's global infrastructure, subject to Google's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Data Retention

Plausible: aggregated data retained indefinitely (no personal data). Google Analytics: 14 months, then automatically deleted.

7. Your Rights (LGPD Art. 18)

Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei 13.709/2018), you have the right to:

• Confirm whether your data is being processed
• Access your data
• Request correction or deletion
• Request anonymization
• Revoke consent
• File a complaint with the ANPD

Since we do not collect personal data, these rights apply only to any communication you voluntarily send to us via email.

8. Children

This site is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication.
