A zero-backend OKF validator is on the way.

It isn't live yet. Until it ships, use one of the options under “Validate today” below.

What it will check

The same three conformance rules defined in the spec:

  1. Every non-reserved .md file has parseable YAML frontmatter.
  2. Every frontmatter block has a non-empty type field.
  3. Reserved files (index.md, log.md) follow their defined structure.
